Offering yoga, mindfulness, meditation and gong sound immersions, with over 20 years teaching experience, industry certification and registration as a Senior Teacher with Yoga Australia.
Practices are designed to offer the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga in professional environments to support employee wellness, stress management, concentration, awareness and productivity.
Practices are tailored to suit individual needs and are adapted to meet the demands of a professional audience, or a particular out come the group or organization may have.
Programs integrate movement, breathing techniques, and mindfulness and concentration practices to prepare the mind for meditation; they can also include a gong sound immersion whereby the imposing resonance of sound from the gong on the mind and body induces the mind and body into a calmed, more relaxed state of being - a perfect prelude for meditation.
All programs are specifically tailored for the corporate setting, from a pre-work preparation to begin the day with a calm and concentrated mind, to a mid-day reset, or a post-work wind-down session. The practices are inclusive, adaptable to all levels, and designed to meet the unique demands of a professional audience.
Programs are offered as weekly sessions in 8 or 12 week blocks, or as a once off, arranged as part of a wellness day.
